RICHARD J. RADI
President and CEO (Cofounder)

Mr. Radi is responsible for overall operations of Siteras Technologies with special emphasis on sales and marketing, finance and strategic planning. He has been President and CEO since the company's inception.

Mr. Radi has 21 years of experience in IT sales, marketing and general management. Prior to co-founding Siteras, he was an Executive Vice President for CCC Information Services responsible for the Insurance Division. Prior to CCC, Mr. Radi held a variety of sales, marketing and general management positions with Discreet Logic, D-Vision Systems, IBM and Amoco Corporation. Mr. Radi received an MBA from The University of Chicago and a holds BS in Accounting from Indiana University.

ROBERT J. FALK
Chief Technology Officer (Cofounder)

Mr. Falk is responsible for the overall technical direction and operations of Siteras with special emphasis on product development, product management, operations management, and customer service. He has been Chief Technology Officer since the company's inception.

Mr. Falk has 23 years of experience in software development and engineering management including real-time transaction systems, ERP integration, web applications, client server architecture and advanced multimedia technology. Prior to CO-founding Siteras, he was a Senior Vice President of Engineering for SAP. Prior to SAP, Mr. Falk held a variety of engineering and management positions with Campbell Software, D-Vision Systems, Internet Systems, Kraft and Continental Bank. Throughout his career, he has brought nearly a dozen innovative software products to market. Mr. Falk received an MBA from Northwestern University and holds a BS in Mathematics from Northeastern Illinois University.
